He has also played variety of roles in famous Kuchipudi Yakshaganam. As Anirudha and Lord Krishna in Usha Parinayam, as Balarama in Sasirekha Parinayam, Brahmana in Gola Kalapam, etc.
He takes pride in having adorned different roles in various ballets and Kuchipudi Yakshaganam. Chinta Ramamurthy explains that all the modern and contemporary creations of Vempati Chinna Satyam of which he was part of had a very strong support base from that of Kuchipudi Yakshaganam and improvisation when it comes to dress, music, introduction of characters, story line, etc. If one closely observes one can see that the framework is same. Chinta Ramamurthy has to his credit over 800 performances.
He is very grateful to have inherited such an invaluable art form from his ancestors and is extremely thrilled and very self contended to be performing under any capacity unmindful of any of other thought like money, fame, individual excellence.
For six years he worked in Jamshedpur as a dance teacher and he is currently working in Zilla Parishad High School in Kuchipudi and is also teaching Kuchipudi through a humble school of dance from home. Both his sons have taken up to Kuchipudi dance and continuing the rich tradition.
He claims that his motto of life is to protect, preserve, propagate and promote all that he has learned in Kuchipudi dance from his ancestors, Gurus and pass it on to the next generation. All his efforts are dedicated to this ideal without any expectation whatsoever. It is a collective effort to achieve and he wants to be a part of it any capacity that is warranted and offered for doing so.
